Section 9
Terms of Service
These Terms govern SIC's research, analytics, alerts, community and trading services. By accepting them when presented, you agree with the operator identified in Section 14. The Privacy Policy explains how personal information is handled.
1Account Access
You must be at least 18, have legal capacity to agree to these Terms and use SIC only where permitted by applicable law. Provide accurate account information and keep it current. Global availability does not mean every feature is available or lawful in every location.
Email registration provides access to the dashboard. Keep your password and authentication details secure, use available security controls and contact SIC promptly if you suspect unauthorized access. Use the available recovery process if you lose access. SIC may request additional verification when necessary for account security or legal compliance.
2Email and Privacy
SIC uses your email for sign-in, account recovery, security and service notices, and alerts you choose to receive. We do not send unsolicited marketing emails. SIC applies reasonable safeguards to protect account information; no online service can promise absolute security.
Account information and service data are handled as described in the Privacy Policy. Linking third-party services, selecting external alert destinations or publishing a callout may share information with those services or audiences.
3Research and Analytics
For useful analysis, provide a starting point such as a contract address, wallet address, ticker, ENS name or relevant description. Select the correct network and check that SIC has identified the intended asset or wallet.
AI answers, wallet labels, clusters, rankings, sentiment and risk indicators are research aids. They can be incomplete, outdated or incorrect. Investigate can present on-chain and contract evidence, but analysis is not a formal security audit, verification of a person's identity or assurance that an asset is safe. Data may differ between sources, networks and time windows.
GraphMaps represents selected active wallets and entities, rather than every holder or trade. Colors and labels describe the displayed activity or assessment. News Pulse uses covered sources and a 24-hour search window; no returned result does not establish that no mention exists elsewhere. Smart-money rankings and conviction activity are not endorsements or predictions of returns.
4Trading Activation and Custody
Email registration alone does not create a trading wallet. You must separately select “Enable Trading” before SIC generates the trading wallet and displays its address.
SIC trading wallets operate under a custodial model: access and transaction signing are managed through SIC and its supporting wallet infrastructure. This differs from holding and controlling your own private keys. Review the custody information presented at activation before depositing funds. Enabling trading does not authorize unrelated trades or public posts.
5Trading Instructions
Where available, you may submit instructions through the manual interface or supported text commands. An instruction you submit authorizes the action it specifies. Check the asset, network, amount, destination, price conditions and disclosed charges before submitting or confirming.
Text commands may be misunderstood; review the action displayed and use the manual interface if necessary. Limit orders, take-profit, stop-loss and other controls apply only where supported and enabled. Execution depends on available liquidity, network conditions and relevant providers; a trigger or target price does not ensure a fill at that price. On-chain transactions may be irreversible once submitted.
6Deposits Withdrawals and Bridges
Use the supported asset, network and address shown for each deposit or withdrawal. An incorrect address or unsupported transfer may cause permanent loss. Swaps and bridges may involve separate networks, smart contracts and service providers, each with its own charges and processing conditions.
Withdrawals and transfers can be delayed by confirmations, provider outages or necessary security and legal checks. Where lawful and safe, SIC will explain material restrictions and available steps to resolve them. Do not assume that cancelling an account reverses a transaction or immediately releases a pending transfer.
7Telegram and Conviction Callouts
Linking Telegram through the official SIC bot is optional. You may use trading without linking Telegram or publishing callouts. A callout prompt may appear automatically after an eligible purchase; publication requires your separate choice to post.
A published callout may display your linked username, selected trade details and verification information in chosen communities and the Conviction Call-out feed. On-chain references can also allow others to associate wallet activity with that callout. Recipients may retain or redistribute published information.
Only connect communities and grant bot permissions that you are authorized to manage. Posting may require appropriate administrator permissions. A callout or attestation reflects recorded activity at a particular time; it does not prove continued holdings, future performance or the accuracy of accompanying opinions.
8Alerts and External Services
You choose alert rules and available destinations, including in-app notifications, email and supported webhooks. Connecting a webhook authorizes SIC to send the selected alert data to that destination. Use endpoints you control or are authorized to use.
Alerts may arrive late, fail or depend on incomplete data; do not rely on them as your only means of managing positions. External platforms, data sources, infrastructure and integrations may apply their own terms and privacy practices.
9Fees and Paid Features
SIC will disclose applicable service charges and payment conditions before you commit to a paid feature or transaction. Any subscription offer will state its price, renewal, cancellation and refund conditions. Network, liquidity-provider and bridge charges may apply separately.
Token transaction taxes are distinct from SIC service fees. Any token-holder benefit or reward program is subject to its published eligibility and program terms. Mandatory payment and refund rights remain applicable.
10Acceptable Use and Intellectual Property
Do not use SIC for fraud, unlawful market manipulation, unauthorized access, harassment or other unlawful activity. Do not interfere with services, bypass security or access controls, or submit content you lack the right to use.
SIC and its licensors retain rights in the software, branding and content they own. You may use the services as authorized under your account and applicable plan. You retain any rights you have in your submitted content and permit SIC to process it to provide the requested service, including publication when you choose a callout. These Terms do not establish exclusive ownership of AI-generated outputs or public blockchain data.
11Availability and Planned Features
Network support varies by module. GraphMaps and Smart Money coverage includes Robinhood Chain, Ethereum, Solana, Base, Arbitrum and BNB Chain. Trading coverage includes Robinhood Chain, Ethereum, Solana and BNB Chain. Check current support in the relevant interface before taking action.
Copy trading, fully autonomous trading, developer API access and the mobile app are planned features. Expanded natural-language capabilities and deployer-history analysis are also planned. Roadmap dates and feature descriptions may change; use release announcements to confirm availability. Processing-time estimates are guidance, rather than guaranteed response times.
12Changes Restrictions and Closure
SIC may maintain, update or discontinue features and may restrict access when reasonably necessary for security, misuse prevention or legal compliance. Where practicable, lawful and safe, SIC will provide notice and explain material restrictions. Account closure does not itself forfeit a lawful entitlement to funds; access or withdrawal remains subject to valid restrictions, pending transactions and disclosed charges.
You may request account closure through support. SIC will give reasonable notice of material changes to these Terms through the service or account email and seek renewed agreement where required. Community announcements do not replace legally required notices or consent.
13Risks and Responsibilities
Digital assets can fluctuate sharply and lose their entire value. Trading carries smart-contract, network, liquidity, account-security and provider risks. SIC's research tools do not provide personalized financial, legal or tax advice. Assess information and transactions for your own circumstances.
You are responsible for your trading decisions, information you submit and instructions you authorize. SIC remains responsible for its contractual commitments and applicable legal duties. Nothing in these Terms removes rights, remedies or responsibilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.
14Company Contact and Governing Law
Smart Investigation Core operates SIC. Our team includes members from America, Africa and Asia. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, subject to mandatory legal protections. Contact support@sicweb3.com for support or privacy requests. Contacting us does not limit your complaint or legal rights.
